Remembrance Day Service and Parade.

Sunday12th November 2017

10.15am at Scout HQ

Each year we remember those who have died in conflict at the War Memorial in Cranleigh. It is a privilege to attend and honour the fallen with the other service organization, particularly the other youth groups. We have been allocated prime space inside the Remembrance garden. All Scouts ( Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers ) are expected to attend the Remembrance Day Service and Parade meeting at the Scout Headquarters at 10.15am.

Please wear full uniform ( shoes not trainers ) and  remember to wear something warm underneath your Scout shirt. Coats will be permitted in the event of bad weather. Be aware that the police will be closing the High Street from 10.30am to 11.30am. Afterwards we shall march to the British Legion HQ – please collect your child from here about 11.30am.   Parents are welcome along the route and at the service.  Thank you.
